Ceramics

I make handbuilt ceramics as I like the uneven textures left by the hand and the way they reveal parts of the making process. I work with porcelain, Raku and have been digging clay from my local area. Much of these works are inspired by observing natural forms and the behaviour of plants, animals and fungi. I also experiment with making my own glazes from foraged ingredients.
